Slow Poached Egg
The first time my husband and I went to Momofuku, we ordered their classic ramen dish. We sat at the bar in front of the open kitchen (We are big fans of the open kitchen) and we were also right in front of the ramen chef. As he was making our ramen, he cracked what looked like a raw egg into a bowl, but out came this poached egg. We were amazed! We had never seen anything like it. So, when I got the Momofuku cookbook, I knew I had to try this slow poached egg recipe.
