PARCHMENT PAPER STEAMED SALMON

This dish was so easy, yet delicious and healthy for a quick mid-week meal.
You can wrap any flavors in parchment paper with the fish, but I decided on asian flavors for this particular dish.  Soy, shallots, chili pepper, and sesame oil wrapped in parchment and into the oven for 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.  The parchment paper creates a little package for the fish to absorb all the flavors while steaming.  It’s so delicious and the big bonus…no stinky fish smell in the house!  Yay!
Served with wild rice and broccoli.
