GRILLED PEACH SALAD

I’ve been buying peaches galore at the Farmer’s Market all season.  They are so juicy and delicious.  My husband and I learned this recipe at our first cooking class that my sister bought us as a wedding gift.  Mmmm….savory and sweet at the same time!
Grilled peaches, pan seared prosciutto, mixed greens/arugula, dijon vinaigrette, and chopped parsley.
