GRILLED ASPARAGUS PROSCIUTTO POACHED EGG SALAD

This was the very first recipe that I tried from Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc Book.  If you’re timid about Thomas Keller Recipes, this is a great one to start with because it is SO easy and yet SO delicious.
Grilled asparagus, poached egg, thinly sliced prosciutto, homemade garlic/olive oil croutons drizzled with balsamic and olive oil and seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
I made this today for my parents…a nice Sunday brunch and we had mint chocolate chip ice cream for desert.  My parents brought over more goodies from their garden in exchange!
